The exquisitely crafted jewelry of David Yurman came into the world in 1980 by the CEO and founder of the same name, David Yurman. Yurman, a sculptor, co-founded the company with his wife, Sybil Kleinrock Yurman, a painter, in New York City. Their passion for art and their keen eye for design enabled them to create a successful jewelry business with over 40 boutiques worldwide. Their jewelry may look like art but is meant to be worn.
In 2003, their son Evan Yurman joined the family business, eventually launching his own exclusive collection. He played an important role in the design direction of the Men's, Wedding and High Jewelry Collections.
